Yagga is "A system and a language to design parallel , multiplayer gaming worlds." written in Java.

In practice it is an environment in which to run "servers" for multiplayer games: played by e-mail, or almost real time, it covers strategy games (not fast-action ones!) ranging from star conquest, to chess, from aerial dogfighting to diplomacy ones.
