| On the last floor of the La Samaritaine 2 department store we can admire such decorations, whose author I don’t even know. I liked them at firs sight and they remind me of the decoration made by Raimondo d’Aronco for the honour pavilion at the Turin expo in 1902.We can see many of the classic Art Nouveau shapes and subjects: birds, plants, flowers with the structure and geometry given by circles and porches.But also the department store building itself deserves to be seen. | |||||||||||||
